Intercontinental Technology Limited (ITL) is a manufacturer of copper-nickel pipe fittings and flanges for power, energy, marine, offshore and sea water systems, and is a subsidiary of Amari Metals Limited, UK.
Since its inception in 1996 ITL has been manufacturing and exporting top quality products across the globe, with an excellent track record. The factory is well equipped with a plasma cutter, circular and band saws, hydraulic presses, CNC machining, as well as conventional capstan lathes and other purpose-built machines. Heat treatment is done in clean natural gas fired furnaces, and cleaning and surface finish via an acid pickling bath, surface grinders, and shot blasting machines. All master gauges are periodically calibrated from NAMAS qualified laboratories in the UK. ITL mainly produces 90/10 & 70/30 copper-nickel butt weld, threaded pipe fittings and flanges for any sea water systems. Only raw materials of the finest quality are used for manufacturing and are sourced from internationally reputed vendors
ITL has its manufacturing unit at Chittagong Export Processing Zone, Bangladesh, an exclusive industrial zone specified for foreign and local export-based industries. The facilities that the zone provides are second to none in the sub-continent. The zone is about 2km away from the Chittagong sea port, the main export-import hub of the country, and has which has frequent services to the Far East via Singapore and to Europe and the USA via the Middle East.
