The Home of Bespoke Aluminium Extrusion
Aluminium Shapes is one of only two UK-owned aluminium extrusion companies, operating from a 70,000 sq. ft. facility in Corby, Northamptonshire. In addition to two six inch extrusion presses, Aluminium Shapes boats extensive on-site fabrication facilities including standard cutting, double headed mitre cutting, CNC machining up to 6500mm lengths, and punching facilities.
All products are manufactured within an ISO 9001 quality-controlled environment. Aluminium Shapes is proud to be part of the Aluminium Federation (AlFed), with its Sales Director currently sitting on the AlFed Board.
Aluminium Shapes prides itself on supplying exactly what customers want within the extrusion process and is not governed by the inflexible lead times or batch sizes often associated with larger companies.
With extensive machining capability and in-house know-how at every stage of the process - from design to finishing - Aluminium Shapes takes end-to-end project ownership to ensure the highest quality. No minimum runs mean that design, prototype, and production expertise is available to all customers, regardless of the order size. Furthermore, a premium managed stocking capability means just-in-time UK wide delivery via an in-house logistics and transport fleet.
